Raja Sharifuddin Hizan, Giuseppe Seccomandi and Kenneth Chang had announced the constitution of ICM Specialty Chemicals Sdn Bhd, which will operate under the name of ErcaMate.
The company will build, own and operate a new state of the art oleochemical specialty ester manufacturing plant located at the Selangor Halal Hub, nearby West Port (Malaysia).
Esters for food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and personal care applications will be the main focus.
The start-up of the operation is expected to commence by end 2014.
